Tai chi

Tai Chi is a special type of exercise in which long breathing and exhaling is done with concentration. This exercise is very useful for the elderly. Tai Chi is a mindbody exercise that helps balance the body, strengthen strength, focus and imagination. Tai Chi is a type of exercise that is originated from Chinese tradition. Tai Chi is primarily practiced through martial arts, slow movements and deep breathing. Tai Chi exercise has physical as well as emotional benefits for the body. Tai Chi also proves to be very beneficial for people which have chronic diseases/asthma. Tai chi slow movements, meditation and breathing exercises help with circulation, balance and alignment. Standing and balancing are important in low impact moving meditation. You can easily do both the exercises under the supervision of an expert. Know how these exercises benefit the body.
